a) Invoices/cash memo endorsed by Department of Revenue and Customs (DRC) if the equipment procured is/are within 1 year;

b) Purchase agreement if the equipment is/are purchased from other individual or entities in Bhutan.

c) Equipment other than those provided in clause 7(a) and (b) of this guideline shall furnish verification letter from local governments.

b) For renewal of registration certificate, physical verification letter for the equipment shall be issued by local governments according approval.
